We provide these highly experienced engineering and operational changes managers who are focused on delivering the business change as well as meeting the day to day operational challenges we all face.

Projective believe there is a better alternative than outsourcing, we call in in-sourcin. With our insourcing model clients remain in total control, there are no long term contracts and no conflicts of interest. Projective provide the management & expertise as required whilst the client maintains control of operational staff and procurement. For a fixed monthly fee, Projective will take on the role of the facilities manager, provide all operational management functions, improve staff training and skills and deliver the changes needed.
